[Exports_project_office] two things

Hello

to do a small follow up from our conversation of last week:
1) Norm and Debbie - is there a date scheduled for the visit to Revelle and Ride in May? If so - should we move the meeting to the second part of the week (23-25, this way Debbie is stranded on the west coast, and spends her holiday weekend with Dave) or we move the meeting for after the ship visit?

2) I sent around the form that we can use to track the additional samples scientist outside of the project would like us to collect for them. If you have no input on it, I would like to wrap this thing and present it at the meeting (with a specific step by step directions how this should be handled).
