[Exports_project_office] Potential request for pick up of BioArgo float 0948

Hi All,

Ivona and I agree that float 0948 should be picked up ASAP.  It should surface at about 1900Z and is smack in the middle of the goat rodeo. The Ride has been directed to do this.
