[Exports_project_office] two things

It is possible more Europeans might come, since DC is closer than west
coast.  Some of the suggestions Ivona offered (panel or short talks) sound
interesting.  Looking forward  (to NA) and looking back a short time
(August cruises).  If Roberta Hamm and someone from UK (Richard Lampitt)
were involved, it might make it broader and more likely to get picked.
This is a big field program and some good PR will go a long way.
