[Exports_project_office] exports newsletter idea

Hi All,

Realized that we need to help everyone keep better track of the many threads going on. So a PI weekly / biweekly newsletter made some sense at least till the cruise happens. Items in there should be things that we (project office) have agreed to. I’d like comments by the end of the day tomorrow (friday) so we can get this out to all shortly.  Its been thru Ivona already.
