[Exports_project_office] Project Office telecon on Nov 30 to 'dry run' call with Scripps

Dave, Norm and I talked this am.  The reason we suggested this call be a
'practice' for the Dec. 5 call with Scripps is to get all the ducks in
order, since the pump issue is the big one looming over the project for
both ships.  It makes sense to focus on issues common to both ships, and
not get in the weeds for ship-specific details.  Here's a draft list of
issues common to both ships; likely incomplete.  MJ

- replace propeller pump for in-line uncontaminated water
- CTD sensors (project's FLNTU, beam c, strap on UVP and LISST, request
freshly calibrated ship's O2)
- location of HyperSAS (might be problematic on the Ride)
- two-ship rendezvous for intercalibration of CTD (and other) sensors three
times during field campaign (early, middle, late)
- ship-to-ship communications
