Hey Matt, yes, we have got everyone on board for this date. Everyone can make a 9AM (PST) telecon. We can use NASA’s system for this, with toll free numbers etc.
USA Toll Free # 1 844 467 4685
USA Local/Toll # + 720 259 7012
Participant Passcode: 804464
If anyone needs to dial in from out of the country I can ask the communications people to give me a number and code for them.
Thanks much for setting this up. If the port engineer can be there it would help considerably. We want to figure out how we’re going to deal with the uncontaminated seawater issue.
Thanks!
Norm

We will still hold a formal PreCruise meeting a bit closer to the sailing dates, but we have found that sometimes with these more complex, multi-ship projects it is good to look at things a bit further out (as we have already started to do).

(A few of the techs who will likely be sailing will all be in town that time so would be good to have them on the line if possible). Let me know if there is any specific date or time that does or does not work and I can set up a conference call.
