I can certainly try to get our Port Engineer on the line for this.  We just need to work out a good time for everyone.  Based on Debbie’s response, I propose December 5 as a good date.  Is that manageable for others?

Looking ahead at the Exports Project next year, I was hoping to set up a sort of Pre-PreCruise conference call so that we can identify any longer term logistical hurdles that we may need to start looking at and work out some of the details that we have already started to identify.  We will still hold a formal PreCruise meeting a bit closer to the sailing dates, but we have found that sometimes with these more complex, multi-ship projects it is good to look at things a bit further out (as we have already started to do).

Would you and any key members of the science team be available for a sort of informal phone call to discuss some of this maybe early December?   (A few of the techs who will likely be sailing will all be in town that time so would be good to have them on the line if possible).  Let me know if there is any specific date or time that does or does not work and I can set up a conference call.
