Hi everyone,
There seems to be a lot of momentum to work on LN and hazmat details at the moment, which is great!
Below are two links to google spreadsheets.
1) LN and dry ice requirements for MOB and DMOB
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DZPmX2J_0dm8waeQLI3wOtcyG_4Gx_H3M2ts2bkP6RI/edit?usp=sharing
2) Chemicals on the ship and anticipated waste types/amounts/concentrations, personnel responsible, etc.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CZO7qEh2FLKYjC4XU33juJs-6FkIZ_IDiptmSCLWOKc/edit?usp=sharing
Please fill these out to ensure we have the correct information for ordering LN and dry ice when needed and for preparing for hazmat pick-up after the cruise. I have also found it helpful and very appreciated in the past to provide the ship/technicians with all of this information in a single collated list prior to sailing. Add as many lines as you need. Deb sent an email earlier today asking for gas cylinder types/sizes/counts. You do not need to add that information here as she will have a separate record that we can append later.
Regarding the hazmat information, you may have already provided similar data to Quincy Allison in response to an email sent back on March 2nd. The info I am requesting is slightly different but referencing what you provided Quincy should make it easier.
Thanks!
Jason
