[Exports_pi] Parameter working group write-ups

Hello to all,

following our discussion during the phone call on Tuesday, we decided to impose a deadline on the parameter write ups which is April 20th.

I will be contacting each of the groups separately, and chasing you down (and there is two of us now). We NEED this done to get everything lined up. As I am writing this we are:

  *   13,392,000 seconds
  *   223,200 minutes
  *   3720 hours
  *   155 days
  *   22 weeks and 1 day

away from EXPORTS sailing out of Seattle.
