This is only save the date email, for our tentative meeting in May. Since we still don't know what, where (probably west coast), how or anything, in this point, just put these dates on your schedule.

May 21- May 23, 2018 (2.5 days meeting)

Again, not sure what are we doing or anything, but this seems to be a good week to meet.
