Hi All,
Agenda for the first PI telecom follows. A couple of details First, we are planning for a 90 minute telecom. Second, the telecom will be recorded so that participants who cannot make it can hear it later (it will be posted on the EXPORTS website). Third, there is a new telecom conference number that will be the permanent for EXPORTS.
USA Toll Free # 1 844 467 4685
USA Local/Toll # + 720 259 7012
Participant Passcode: 804464
Fourth, you all should have received the draft PI ppt file and measurement tables from Laura this weekend (let me know if that is not the case). We need feedback on those documents ASAP as there is lots of pressure from potential NSF proposers to understand the NASA EXPORTS program.
Last, we are planning on a standing weekly EXPORTS PI telecom time on Tuesdays 9am PDT / 12noon EDT with the EXPORTS telecom numbers above. It may not be held every week. Let Ivona know about any scheduling difficulties you may have.
Talk with you all soon, Dave
