EXPORTS PIs:

Good morning. I would also add that from here on out, you should be replying all to these Emails discussing the measurement table. While this will generate a bit of Email, we need to do our best to close out the what team will cover what measurements. Laura and I had a good preliminary discussion of what team will measure what observations and how during the selection debriefs, but now you will need to familiarize each other with this information and work out the details as a team. We need an open discussion so that we properly track the interdependencies of the observations and science, and we identify any gaps. As promised, this will be posted on the temporary EXPORTS web site while the permanent one is being constructed.

Please let me know if there are questions. Thanks again, talk with you all tomorrow.

            Paula

Subject: [Exports_pi] Revised measurement table and information for Tuesday's telecom

Dear EXPORTS PIs,

Thank you so much for your quick replies to both our summary request of your project and comments on the measurement table.

Attached to this email you will find:

  1. A revised version of the measurement table; please correct me if I have incorrectly captured your feedback, and if you have not yet provided some please do so at your earliest convenience.
  2. A pdf that summarizes all of your responses to the project information requested by Dave last week.
  3. A ppt file where we’ve condensed the information you provided so that it is easy and quick to glance through and see who is doing what where.

If you find any discrepancies in any of the documents please let me know. We are missing one project’s summary (PI on travel) and we will circulate that information on Monday at the latest. Please take some time to look at this information and familiarize yourselves with the other projects that have been funded under EXPORTS so that we can get the most out of our conversation on Tuesday.

Again, thank you all,
Laura, Paula, Ivona, Dave)
