FYI… This special issue should be of interest for many of us on EXPORTS team.  TOMCAT is a SCOR working group on optics and particle transformation in the ocean (see http://www.scor-int.org/SCOR_WGs_WG150.htm <http://www.scor-int.org/SCOR_WGs_WG150.htm>) and several EXPORTS team members are members of the TOMCAT working group.
