It is the same survey you took at the beginning of the summer with some small refinements. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We ask that you complete the survey by November 15, 2022.

Reminder: This survey is anonymous and any findings will be aggregated when shared. We value your privacy and will not share your information.

What's next? Following completion of the survey and some additional interviews, Periscope Theory will compile our findings to share with project leadership. The goal of our work together is to support a data-driven process that helps inform how best to support field campaigns in the future. Your feedback is crucial to this process!
