Note: the survey below is for science and instrument teams who will be out in the field. DC-8 crew folks do no need to submit a survey response but are welcome to!

We are excited to be working with Erin Zimmermann and Rebecca Toll from Periscope Theory. They will be facilitating a team building session for us at our July meeting. The July session will focus on fostering team cohesion, establishing a Code of Conduct to support field work deployment, and enhance conflict management skills to strengthen culture and productivity.
