NASA DC-8

0545: Instrument Pre-flight

0600: Customs (MX Crew)

0615: Customs (Science and Aircrew)

0615: Aircrew show

0630: Pre-flight Brief - Manifest will be confirmed through customs.

0730: Door Close

0735: Engine Start

0750: Taxi

0800: Take-off

1530: Land (2230 AKDT, March 30)

1600: Debrief (2300 AKDT, March 30)


Important Transit Notes:

1. Cold Weather Gear drop-off:

  1.  Drop off bags at Turumi and get a ticket from the front desk.
  2.  Alberto and Jonathan will grab tickets from those passengers at the terminal.
  3.  They will pick up the luggage from Turumi at 0630 and deliver to 1187.


Notes for De-Integration week:

1. If you were issued an AFRC badge during integration, please have that ready to use when you arrive.

2. Plan on completely uninstalling your instrument from the DC-8 on April 2 and 3. The Instrument Lab will be available for any further dismantling or packing on the 4th and 5th.

3. Stay tuned to the POD for additional information and access hours.
