(Revised) ASIA-AQ Plan of the Day
Tuesday, March 26, 2024 (all times are ICT)
G-III Notes
* The G-III will begin its transit back to NASA Langley Research Center starting tomorrow. Congratulations to the NASA G-III team for an incredibly successful deployment!
* All personnel transiting on the G-III to RPLC tomorrow will bring all luggage and go through customs/immigration at Terminal 2 upon arriving at the airport in the morning. Separate any knives, tools, lighters, etc. into your “checked” luggage. Do not bring these items through security in your “carry-on” (just like on commercial air).
DC8 Notes
* Tomorrow is pack day for the DC8. If you have boxes that need to go back on the DC8, you must come to the airport in the morning. We will have buses departing the hotel at 0715.
* Everyone with luggage who is transiting to Osan AB has the option to bring their luggage to the airport tomorrow morning to pre-load on the plane. This would be a good idea for those coming to help load their boxes currently sitting at the flight line offices. Those who do not need to assist with pack day can bring their luggage Wednesday morning to Terminal 2 where you will go through immigration.
* Please give your airport badge to ESPO when you no longer need access to the flight line.
