ASIA-AQ Plan of the Day

Notes:

  *   Welcome to Thailand, NASA!
  *   Tomorrow is Media Day and we will have events both at the hotel and the airport. We are very excited to host our Thai partner organization, GISTDA, as well as members of the media, US Embassy, and other Thai stakeholders.
  *   Badges - For those needing access to the aircraft, your badges will be available for pickup at the ESPO Desk in the Ops Center in Terminal 1 at U-Tapao Airport. DO NOT lose this badge!
  *   Flight Line access and workspace - You cannot walk on the flight line. ESPO will be at the Ops Center and will request transportation to the aircraft. You will go through security screening and be driven to the plane. There will also be an ESPO person stationed at the flight line offices. Talk to ESPO to request movement on the flight line.

Media Day Schedule
1300 - 1430: Science Briefing at Hotel, Ballroom A
1430 - 1500: Bus transit to U-Tapao airport (ONLY for media and VIPs)
1500 - 1530: Entry/processing at airport
1530 - 1700: Aircraft tours

Bus Schedule for ASIA-AQ mission personnel
0800: Hotel to Ops Center. ONE bus only and ONLY instrument team members that need aircraft access.
1130: Ops Center to Lifestyle Mall (Lunch)
1300: Mall to Ops Center
1430: Hotel to Ops Center (instrument team members participating in Media Day)
1730: Ops Center to Hotel
