We should be able to get copies of medicals from Denise/Susan let me know if I need to send that out to them.  Obviously we won’t get them until tomorrow when they get into work.   We should give them the NASA medicals as that’s what’s required for us.  My hunch on tracy’s license is that he didn’t get a current copy put in his aircrew folder.  He does have the type, we just need to get a copy of his current pilot’s license.  I’ve pinged him and he’s going to send me a picture of the front and back that I’ll forward to Jhony.

Please look at the following email from AEROTHAI. They are asking for Medical class 1 certificates for all pilots. Let me know if there any obstacles to getting this quickly.

They also are questioning ratings for G-III pilots (and Tracy for the DC-8) which are not specifically mentioned on your licenses. Maybe a letter or NASA certification of some type is needed.

Please reply all with your responses. Jhony Zavaleta will collate and deliver the information.

•         For initial arrival and final departure, aircraft will arrive from RPLC and depart to RPLC

•         MTOW 69,700 lb, 7 seats including two pilots

•         Expected flights from U-Tapao: 12 flights (two per day)

As for operations:

  1.  Dates:

     *   Aircraft arrival and flight operations: March 13 – March 27
     *   Aircraft departure: March 27

  1.  Our operation schedule: Flight days: A typical day would be 05:00-18:30 and Non-flight days: Typically, 07:00-17:30. Seven days a week.
  2.  Exact flight days will be determined by weather and aircraft maintenance.
