0700 - 1800: ESPO / AFRC on Deck

0700: Aircraft Access Begins

1300: Instrument Team Tag-Up in S111

1700: Aircraft Access Ends

Notes:
1.  The Visitor Control Center (VCC) hours Mon – Fri 0700 – 1530.

2.  Please refer to the ASIA-AQ Palmdale Deployment Guide for information

3.  WhatsApp groups: General Announcements; ASIA-AQ Foreign Escorts; and ASIA-AQ Fun

4.  We have implemented a colored lanyard system at AFRC for escorts (blue) and foreign nationals (green).  Please see ESPO if you are a FN or FNE.

5.  If you are leaving AFRC, please clear out your lab work area and place all of your instrument boxes and supplies in the middle of the hangar clearly     marked with instrument name and destination.  We need the lab space.

6.  Place all of your chemicals that will be stored on the DC-8 within the blue box that’s in the lab.

7.  Any information on scheduled or expected deliveries should be forwarded to Albert Rodriguez

8.  Make sure to book your hotel rooms for the transit and deployment sites - don’t delay

  *   Please use the WhatsApp FNE group to coordinate with your escorts.
  *   Escorts, please coordinate with other escorts if you need to switch FNs/dates/times.
  *   AFRC and ESPO can assist with movement between the different locations.
  *   Escorts are required in the lab, breakroom and on the DC-8 and movement between locations within the facility 7-days a week - no exceptions.
  *   Escorts are available Monday through Friday during DC-8 access hours.  Support outside these times require pre-coordination with ESPO.
