Hi Hyerim,

ESPO will only book reservations for Turumi Lodge at Osan AB, based on the travel dates you entered in the registration. All others shall be booked personally. Since you are under AMA support, AMA should already have contacted you about arranging your travels.

Hi,

This is Hyerim Kim from the University of Iowa. I have some questions about deployment.

  1.  Should we personally book the flight tickets, or will ESPO handle the booking based on the registration information?

  1.  From this email, we have to book the lodging ASAP, but in the ESPO website it says: ESPO will use the travel dates in the database to make YOUR reservations with the Turumi Lodge. DO NOT CONTACT the Turumi Lodge directly until after you have checked-in. Failure to show up on the first day of lodging will result in the automatic cancellation of your entire stay. Rooms are limited, keep your travel plans current. And for Phillippines: Last day to book: 1/16/2024 PLEASE BOOK EARLY - WE WILL START LOSING INVENTORY ON 12/16/2023 Should we personally book lodging for each deployment sites?
