I can ask the driver to depart at 6:45. It’s a short ride to the FBO, and we should arrive by 7:00. It’s important that everyone is at the FBO by 7:00, as it will be a very quick turnaround.

Thank you,

Just a note. Breakfast at the hotel *starts* at 6:30. I asked at the front desk if they could provide a bag to go (many hotels do under the circumstances) but here they do not. So, I’m just wondering if there is enough flexibility in the schedule to leave at maybe 6:45 instead of 6:30. If not, I understand.

Hi all,
we had a brief meeting about meteorology just now, and the forecast looks good for both the P-3 and the C-130 to come to Pituffik tomorrow. Further updates as warranted. Please follow the instructions that have been sent out previous to get to your respective aircraft.
Looking forward to welcoming you here tomorrow –
Sebastian
