The in-country POC information is needed only for Government employees who are issued official travel orders.

Please do not contact Mitch directly. He cannot issue travel orders to anyone. He is just a POC in the country.

If you have questions, you *must* contact me before reaching out to Mitch. His job is not to answer our questions.
