[Arcsix] ARCSIX Mission Reminder to All P-3/C-130 Flyers

Good morning!

Friendly reminder that if you intend to or even MIGHT fly on either the P-3 or the C-130 you must complete the online Qualified Non Crew (QNC) member medical assessment and the online flight physiology course to be eligible.

If you intend to/might fly and have not received the two emails with the link and the PIN to enter your information into the system, please email me directly (kelly.griffin at nasa.gov<mailto:kelly.griffin at nasa.gov>) so I can have you added to the QNC list. If you HAVE received them but haven't entered your information yet, please do ASAP as the PIN expires after 30 days. If you need a new PIN, please email me directly so I can have you re-entered and they can send you a new one.

Current flight medical clearances from the FAA or other NASA centers are acceptable, if you have one of those just send me a screenshot for our mission records.

For the flight physiology course:

NASA civil servants and contractors with access to SATERN, the course number is SMA-HQ-WBT-225 "Qualified Non-Crew Member Training". Please send me a screenshot of your completion certificate for our records.

1. Create Account
2. Log In
3. Take Course
4. Take/Pass Quiz
5. From the BasicMed Certificate Form page hit the Back button on your Browser
a. You do not need to accomplish or fill in the fields related to the FAA Medical Checklist
6. This will take you to a "Welcome Back" screen view indicating your completion of the course and passing of the quiz along with a completion date.
a. Hold the Function and Print Screen keys to capture a screenshot of this page.

7. Please send me a screenshot of the completion screen for our mission records.
