P-3 Timeline:

0600: Show at Hangar

~0800: Takeoff

ETA Bangor ~ 0130 EST

ETA WFF ~1630 EST, depending on customs.


C-130 Timeline:

0630: Show at Hangar

0700: Fuel as soon as able, following P-3

0715: LM QNC Brief

0740: Doors Close

0750: Engine Start

~0800: Taxi behind P-3, then takeoff

(~6h+35m to Burlington, VT)

(expect 1h+00 on deck followed by 1h+30 to Wallops)

ETA BTV ~ 1345 EST

ETA WFF ~ 1630 EST

Things to consider before leaving…

  *   Clean your rooms, close your windows, and leave the keys in the door before departing. Leave any luggage in the closet or bring it to the hangar for packing or storing in the locked room (see Stevie).

  *   For those not returning, please give the meal cards to ESPO or place them in the drop box located at Dundas Buffet after breakfast on the morning of departure. Otherwise, keep them for the second deployment.
