0930 - F&FP in Bldg. 201

~1600 - Flight debrief/brief after both aircrafts land at Hangar 8, conference room.

P-3 Timeline: If no-go, instrument access 0800 - 1630

0430 - P-3 Access and power on

0500 - Flight Safety video for any new flyers

0630 - Tow out

0645 - Power back on

0700 - Combo P-3/GIII preflight brief at Hangar 8, conference room.

0730 - Doors close

~0800 - Takeoff

~TBD - Land

G-III Timeline: If no-go, instrument access 0800 - 1200 l

0645 - Tow/Show

0715 - Fuel

0740 - Door close

General reminders/information:

Here are some general reminders and information to consider while planning your schedules for closeout at the end of this deployment.

  1.  Clean your rooms and leave the keys in the door before departing. Leave any luggage in the closet or bring it to the hangar for packing or storing in the locked room.
  2.  For those not returning, please return the meal cards to ESPO or place them in the drop boxes located at Dundas Buffet after breakfast on the morning of departure. Otherwise, keep them for round 2.
  3.  Pack all instrument support equipment back into their cases and stow them along the hangar walls if you can. The hangar spaces may be needed for military emergencies, so we need to keep the space clear as much as we can.
  4.  Clear all the tables and return any power strips to the ESPO blue/red cases. Dan will rearrange everything to how it is for the second deployment.

ARCSIX participants returning home via the NASA aircraft, please fill out this Google form so we can confirm your travel plans and determine any logistical needs you may have. This will help us prepare any necessary support.
