Dear ARCSIX team,

thank you for attending today's all-hands. Reminder that we will hold this meeting on a biweekly schedule from now on (next all-hands 2/27 @ 2pm ET) – I will send reminders. Also, please keep the off weeks earmarked for ARCSIX in case there are additional things (for example, the AC instrument teams will meet next week, 2/20, separate invite sent).

The slides from today can be found here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fpresentation%2Fd%2F1i-PRP5d_p07PNgmqbQQLrAguWrrSKtYV%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Ddrive_link%26ouid%3D104722359441865148097%26rtpof%3Dtrue%26sd%3Dtrue&data=05%7C02%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C06be449ff2b34ca7f49a08dc2d220fac%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638434871525157904%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=5hozGFWOAppDqVpeGq93b3bapYQPqnDVE%2FirRYSKY9c%3D&reserved=0> (reminder, the full ARCSIX folder is here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fpresentation%2Fd%2F1i-PRP5d_p07PNgmqbQQLrAguWrrSKtYV%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing%26ouid%3D104722359441865148097%26rtpof%3Dtrue%26sd%3Dtrue&data=05%7C02%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C06be449ff2b34ca7f49a08dc2d220fac%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638434871525157904%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=tLGyl2hNMq3so5Tz5Geg646UZDbL8t4O7dQb0HaxAnU%3D&reserved=0>).

Please make sure to update your travel registrations, especially for integration and Greenland travel (Giovanni/Manfred/Alexei: I will communicate with you directly). The link to Dan's travel registration is here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fspreadsheets%2Fd%2F1zCk8wjgokfrI9t9IGMul0cTY9Y5IyNsmjQ17Ey1EnNM%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C02%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C06be449ff2b34ca7f49a08dc2d220fac%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638434871525157904%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2BZryFVtUWW9dQ0UKS47Ct%2Bt6PbrJzMFCEqhD%2BhTmmBY%3D&reserved=0>. Please make sure you are in it, and in the right place.

If you need to fly on the P-3, please make sure to complete the JSC health certification. If you haven't received the email, please email Kelly<http://"Griffin,%20Kelly%20R.%20(WFF-830.0)[Yulista%20Solutions,%20LLC]"%20<kelly.griffin at nasa.gov>>. There is a separate procedure for the G-III.

If sent out a few emails to subgroups (instrumenters / ops team / attendees of March/April pre-mission 'dress rehearsal' that was mentioned today). If you are missing any communications you were expecting, please let me know.

The role of the WGs is now changing. Please only meet as necessary to move from the collection/discussion of objectives / goals (thank you!) towards implementation (score card / consolidation). Patrick/Linette/I will be in touch with you as that process evolves. We will continue the flight planning activities that we shared today. In two weeks, you will see more 'straw flights/modules'.

Sorry for the long email.
Sebastian
