Hi all,
here is another quick email regarding the dry run that starts tomorrow. Most of the information, including the location for those attending in person, was provided in my earlier email (below). The meeting starts at 9 Mountain Time (11 Eastern). The Teams meeting invitation is for one hour earlier; that's just for logistical reasons. If you show up at 9, that will be perfectly fine. If you are a little early, that works too – will start setting up around 8:30am.
See you tomorrow –
Sebastian

Subject: follow-up from this week and final logistics for dry-run
Dear ARCSIX team,
this week, we started discussing some specifics on flight planning, which is good. The combined slides can be found here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F2%2Ffolders%2F0AIn58c7kSADuUk9PVA&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C338e92dd1f6847cedc5c08db5a2ee9a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638202929761067048%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=8MUyQ2hZih8f7GxZ9Fp%2FzeRe7u0B0Ua3C7Hb8zLjg%2FM%3D&reserved=0>. The recordings can be found here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F2%2Ffolders%2F1-zFB4XflHPqosMECi1BlEPs0av832kOf&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C338e92dd1f6847cedc5c08db5a2ee9a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638202929761067048%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=PiLhsdIAx44fZJDIL3PtNBQ27xDS%2FJsvx0e2TxeTd60%3D&reserved=0> (the May meetings are not included yet as I am writing this email, but Dan is working on the rest).
Also, I would like to share again the nice objectives/flight plan ideas<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F11XGyLUx5ZysRGSir-otUYlgxrBhP1JWE%3Fusp%3Dshare_link&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C338e92dd1f6847cedc5c08db5a2ee9a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638202929761067048%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=4nkqmLWDElXDSHl2LBjgwBRwfncOijrAnDyFPh9i4qo%3D&reserved=0> that the aerosol group put together. If you'd like to contribute other ideas or requests (either from a specific group/instrument or working group perspective), you still can – just send them along.
Dry run: The most up-to-date agenda is here<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fdocument%2Fd%2F1rAvODTvpg7q8yqU0wFiAkIwkH35jQKUd0xD3icBWd-Y%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C338e92dd1f6847cedc5c08db5a2ee9a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638202929761067048%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=wnFlBO%2FVcj9C5ENrRA5mLEEmdAiMwNGkmi%2FUKhxIn4k%3D&reserved=0>. We will start at 9am Mountain time on Monday.
For those participating online:
You should all have received a Teams meeting invite for that. It will be the same link every day.
We will mostly be working in a google document, along with a google jamboard (whiteboard) that allows people to contribute remotely. Links will be sent on Monday, and also be posted in the Teams meeting chat.
For those participating in person:
Please drive to Lot 556 at CU/SEEC<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fmaps%2Fdir%2F%2F40.0087697%2C-105.2423494%2F%4040.0088153%2C-105.2447133%2C17z%2Fdata%3D!4m2!4m1!3e0%3Fhl%3Den-US&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C338e92dd1f6847cedc5c08db5a2ee9a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638202929761067048%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=FWyl8UIs7qE3Yo4trlBL1TH3wfAhEJ5ge5YwZlx6xzw%3D&reserved=0> (East Campus) near Colorado/Foothills. I will be standing there just before 9am and hand out parking passes. The meeting itself will take place at SEEC S126. The physical address is 4001 Discovery Drive Boulder, CO 80303. Go to the main entrance through the courtyard north of the parking lot and head to the south corridor to your right. For wireless, go to "Guest Wireless". Text me at (303) 579-4396 if you have difficulty finding it.
Looking forward to seeing you all on Monday, either in person or online.
Sebastian
