Hi all,
here are some news on ARCSIX:
1. To give people some time back, there will be NO telecon on Tuesday, 6/27. This frees up some time for the working groups. The next regular plenary telecon will be on July 11.
2. The 2nd dry run will take place at NASA Langley's conference center. Like the first dry run, it will be a hybrid meeting. We will improve the audio quality for remote participants. Here are the specifics: We will hold it over 2 ½ days, Wednesday-Friday (7/26-7/28). Wednesday and Thursday will be full days, Friday a half day. In-person participants travel to Langley on Tuesday, 7/25, and leave on Friday, 7/28, when the meeting concludes (by 1pm Eastern Time). It would be great if you could let me know if you plan to attend. Travel arrangements: Civil servants go through their centers; Contractors/University employees: Please email Dan Chirica from ESPO to let him know about your travel intentions as soon as possible, so flights can be booked. This will be done through a new travel contractor.
3. At this point, you should have received a registration request from ESPO. Please provide the requested information, including your travel intentions for the August 8-10 in-person science team meeting.
Please take care of items #2 and #3 above by June 28 (next Friday). For example, you could use the "extra time" on Tuesday 🙂. At this point, we have fewer than 30 people registered for the STM. If you have any questions, please email either me (general questions) or Dan (logistics, ESPO website). For Langley specifics (dry run), email Patrick. Information on the exact room for the dry run will be forthcoming.
Thank you all –
Sebastian
