Hi all,
this is a reminder of the all-hands meeting for ARCSIX on Tuesday, 12/5, at 2pm ET. The link is below, and you should also have an invite on your schedules.

Meeting ID: 210 970 882 330
Passcode: KJa7ho

The main goal of this meeting is to discuss teaming arrangements for the Spring campaign. If you are traveling to Greenland in the Spring, please be sure to have at least one representative of your group present. Kelly will talk about the P-3 and WFF access, Dan about logistics (e.g., visa). Please see my email from Monday for action items. Technically, the date for registering with the ESPO site is today, but there's still time. Please try to fill out as much as you can if you haven't already. You may leave travel intentions open for now until you have had your questions answered/coordinated with your group leads. We try to have a good idea of the # of people in Greenland for the Spring soon after the Tuesday meeting.

On a different note: Sam is now sharing the latest version of the flight software, and there are some instructions for the flight planners (including the recording of a tutorial from earlier this week, and information on his presentation about the software at AGU) below this email.

Finally, Kelly shared a video of the Thule/Pituffik air base<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DhYQjcqbsoDc&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C821a36d6398a4f41b28f08dbf2eea6a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638370879043976921%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=bH8KGpH0eR4OFy%2FPjhM2kt1wa%2FBICe3ci8hXNpdB0AA%3D&reserved=0>. It contains some very useful practical information.

See you on Tuesday –
Sebastian

>From Sam:

The software is now working for Windows with 'pip install movinglines' or through conda for windows and mac with:
> conda create -n ml python=3.9
> conda activate ml
> mamba install -c samuelleblanc movinglines
or through compiled version for windows found at https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fsamuelleblanc%2Ffp%2Freleases%2Ftag%2Fv1.47&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C821a36d6398a4f41b28f08dbf2eea6a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638370879043976921%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=D77Tbl6A5%2BUn57dDY2eage2vCDqhRev8k%2FOU7WQsQEQ%3D&reserved=0
The MSS server will be migrated soon to an Ames location, so expect more updates soon.

The dryrun excel files that you can load and explore are found in the google drive: https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F14F3zl_f7OUruAUDeXMVT928m-N_EcdLq%3Fusp%3Ddrive_link&data=05%7C01%7CArcsix%40espo.nasa.gov%7C821a36d6398a4f41b28f08dbf2eea6a7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638370879043976921%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=amVR5L3FlaR2cqFzWGWRYDUM9iq5EeMsUSqJig6%2FJe8%3D&reserved=0

Flight planners (Vanessa, Miguel, Eva-Lou, Paquita, Jens), feel free to reproduce what Sam demonstrated on your end, and ask questions if anything does not work. Sam and Vikas are working on making the software more stable based on your feedback, so that we are ready for another flight planning telecon the week after AGU. Sam has a presentation at AGU on Tuesday afternoon: A24F-02 Planning research flights for the upcoming suborbital airborne field campaigns PACE-PAX and ARCSIX, 16:10 - 16:20, 3001 - West (Level 3, West, MC), after which is a great moment to chat and ask questions
