Thanks Patrick and Rachel,
These look great, nice work putting them together. Added a couple little potential edits but nothing much.
Just an extra thought - should we/I put together a separate module on ICESat-2 cal/val underflights? IS-2 is mentioned in some of your scorecards but I wonder if cal/val underflights over different sea ice/atmosphere regimes could also be its own element? Not very sciencey though.

SCWG members,
Happy Friday. I hope this email finds you well. First, as you are likely already aware a shutdown of the gov’t appears imminent. Although there is still a possibility of that a shutdown could be averted, the likelihood of a lapse in funding of the US gov’t is growing higher.
As a civil servant, this means that I won’t be able to use my computer or do work…it would be illegal for me to do so. But, before I have to sign off for an undetermined amount of time…I wanted to provide some homework for everyone. (you are welcome!)
Rachel and I have worked this week to develop four 2-pagers for our groups objectives. These 2-pagers feed the development of the campaign scorecard. We have four, because this felt like the best way to separate out our science questions.
Your homework is to review them and suggest and edits/changes that you see fit. Your comments are going to be very helpful as we build the scorecard and operations/implementation plan for the campaign.
These have been uploaded into the google drive and you can access them either via the ARCSIX Scorecard elements spreadsheet (https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fspreadsheets%2Fd%2F1IiGdNXghfE_sXjCYA4NWBb02YjeGgHa80v3hlqaOxW0%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7Carcsix-wg-cryo%40espo.nasa.gov%7C396bfab2aa2e46115c8708dbc4f27ca7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638320317976717617%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=klG4sZvRG1%2F%2FWRHv6DKRFVnYzxB4SRgx6lOOiu4G658%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fspreadsheets%2Fd%2F1IiGdNXghfE_sXjCYA4NWBb02YjeGgHa80v3hlqaOxW0%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7Carcsix-wg-cryo%40espo.nasa.gov%7C396bfab2aa2e46115c8708dbc4f27ca7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638320317976717617%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=klG4sZvRG1%2F%2FWRHv6DKRFVnYzxB4SRgx6lOOiu4G658%3D&reserved=0>) or directly within our SCWG folder (https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F1aS9k4FVqjhhaHvIM00Tat2mdn6j_RoBm%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7Carcsix-wg-cryo%40espo.nasa.gov%7C396bfab2aa2e46115c8708dbc4f27ca7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638320317976717617%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=zoCSgY5h0flxiJqNWe8lK9eVc6mzirARShihiAr4v7k%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F1aS9k4FVqjhhaHvIM00Tat2mdn6j_RoBm%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7Carcsix-wg-cryo%40espo.nasa.gov%7C396bfab2aa2e46115c8708dbc4f27ca7%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638320317976717617%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=zoCSgY5h0flxiJqNWe8lK9eVc6mzirARShihiAr4v7k%3D&reserved=0>).
I have also attached the drafts to this email, but if you have comments please use suggesting mode within the google doc if possible. If not, you can use track changes and email the documents back to me.
In addition, if anyone sees anything missing and/or has a separate idea for a flight module to advance our objectives, there is still time for you to develop your own 2-pager. Any ideas, please contribute!
I hope to be back online with you all soon so that we can continue planning for ARCSIX.
Cheers,
Patrick
