[All] Michael is in the hospital

All,
Michael emailed me that he is in the hospital after a heart attack.  The fact he emailed me is good news but it is scary.  He told me I could share his personal email address so you all can send him your best wishes.  I think we should create a card and send him something when we know when and where would be best.  If you are interested in helping with either of those things, please let me know.
