[All] Software Updates for the Week of 11/27

Hello all,

As we will not be meeting this week due to the IT EP presentation from Code I, here is a list of updates that will be pushed out via Self Service sometime between this evening (11/28) and tomorrow morning (11/29). Please feel free to install these updates beforehand to avoid any unnecessary downtime as updates through Self Service typically take a great deal of time to download/install.


  *   Safari version 17.1 can be updated through System Settings > General > Software Update
     *   The update has been out for a little while and very likely has already been installed; there does seem to be a software update available from Apple (likely for the new MacOS Sonoma), but it appears to have been blocked by NASA for the time being
  *   Google Chrome version 119.0.6045.123 will be pushed out via Self Service, but version 119.0.6045.159 is available to install within the app through Chrome > About Google Chrome
