Two very important crib notes:


  *   Our records management people have reminded us that all NASA meeting recordings are subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The guidance here is to 1) make all meeting attendees aware if a meeting is being recorded, 2) be judicious when choosing to record a meeting or not – don’t do it unless there is a need, and 3) retain a copy of all recorded meetings in your project folder in Google Drive. For meeting recordings on Microsoft Teams, you do not have to do number 3. Microsoft Teams is automatically compliant with FOIA. All Webex meeting recordings (and meeting recordings from other web conferencing services) discussing NASA business must be archived manually.
  *   Until further notice, ESPO people should not be submitting PIV-M exemption requests for either domestic or international travel. They are all being denied. We are working this, but no light at the end of the tunnel yet.
