Subject: Planned N232 Power Shutdown To Be Scheduled During A Weekend in Mid-to-Late April 2023

Please be advised that the weekends of April 15th & 16th, April 22nd  & 23rd or April 29th & 30th have tentatively been proposed as potential dates for the work associated with N232 Install Power Monitoring System (CTO 1770401) project listed below, which will require a power outage for the entire building. The final dates have not yet been finalized, but I wanted to provide as much lead time as possible to make you aware of these plans so that you can begin making preparations for the graceful shutdown of sensitive equipment over the designated weekend when the work will be conducted. This includes the card reader security systems for the building.

I will provide updates as soon as we converge on finalized dates for execution of the work. The reason for the shutdown is associated with plans to upgrade the hardware/equipment associated with a power submetering system that is being supplied by NRSAA partners at Verdigris Technologies. Acronyms:

CTO –  Contract Task Order for facilities related work.  CTO’s require approval signatures from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (CO) prior to PO issuance, materials ordered and work scheduled.

RTO – Request for Task Order generated by AFSS (Jacobs) to identify potential facilities related work, which the government may issue as an official CTO.

N232 Repair Heat Pump 4 Piping (CTO 1680517) – Jacobs awaiting quote.

N232 Install Power Monitoring System (CTO 1770401) – CTO approved and PR/PO processed.

N232 & N288, Assess & Replace – Building Automation System (BAS) Maintenance Control System (CTO 0670051) – Quotes received and in review.

T/C 16711794 N232 Elevator Phone – The Power supply to the elevator is not working, not able to continue testing the phone. Jacobs working with Vintage Elevator & James Sheppard to resolve.
