Thank you all for a fun holiday party.  So sorry so many of you missed it.  We ate, talked, laughed, ate some more and cheered for the US in the World Cup.

Since we didn’t have a meeting today, I thought I’d send you a few of the Center/Directorate/Division updates.

Center:

  *   FOW (Future of Work) survey will close on the 30th.
  *   Virtual meet up with employees on Dec 13th
  *   Dec 8th 4 pm for space bar happy hour.
Directorate (Code S):

  *   Do not update your computers to Ventura at this time
Division (Code SG):

  *   New SGE Branch Chiefs starts in January
  *   Continuing Resolution over 12/16 but shutdown not expected
Branch (Code SGP):

  *   Be sure you put your info on the Google share contact doc in case of a shutdown (and print out a copy)
  *   Reminder that you need an ARC865 if you are taking computer (or NASA phone) on personal travel
  *   ESPO has 4 polar coats (2 M & 2 W) so, if they are needed for IMPACTS, check one out.
  *   Victor will be trained to be our Records Rep as well as our Travel POC (but he is still training)
  *   SG is having a holiday party on Thursday Jan 19.  Please try to attend.  They made it during our usual work hours so, although it is a Thursday, we should have a good showing.
