Hi all,

A revised ESPO travel schedule can be found at https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F0%2Ffolders%2F197f2rc8Td8Ba5cFmfGEZFy5BXBSkmx4x&data=04%7C01%7Call%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ca2a9b18b52e64f31843508da11b76213%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637841776560287217%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=PAcilcxtjcswEpzDPC5uqmH29qnUVhiLbu71qetFmIE%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F0%2Ffolders%2F197f2rc8Td8Ba5cFmfGEZFy5BXBSkmx4x&data=04%7C01%7Call%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ca2a9b18b52e64f31843508da11b76213%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637841776560287217%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=PAcilcxtjcswEpzDPC5uqmH29qnUVhiLbu71qetFmIE%3D&reserved=0>. There are notable changes to the DCOTSS and CPEX-CV schedules. If you are traveling for either or both of those missions, you will need to download the new schedule and reply to me with any questions/concerns. This master schedule will continue to evolve as we work through this year. Please stay up-to-date.

Also, thanks to everyone who has contacted me regarding your personal leave this year. There is a “Vacations” listing at the bottom of the schedule. If you do not see your trip listed, please let me know ASAP.

This is a good time to remind everyone that while personal leave is very much encouraged (and looked forward to), this summer is very busy. If you have leave planned – or want to plan leave – that is near your work assignments (either before or after), please contact me to discuss. If possible, try to put at least a 1-week buffer before and after your current assignments. More is better at this point. The DCOTSS, ACCLIP, and CPEX-CV schedules are solidifying, but we are not all the way there.

It is also important to note that airborne science deployments can (and do) change at the last minute. They are delayed. They get extended. They get shortened. It is the nature of the beast. And we really (really, really) appreciate your flexibility.

Thanks, Erin
