[All] Doodle poll for ESPO Team meeting

Hey everyone,

I am still waiting on responses from Brad, Dan, Ayuta, and Stevie so we can choose a new time for the ESPO meeting.

We do not currently have a time that everyone can support. The leaders so far…


  1.  Tuesdays 11am – noon:  11 out of 13 say “Yes”, Jhony and Andrian have indicated that they have a conflict at this time.
  2.  Wednesdays 9am – 10am:  10 out of 13 say “Yes”, Marilyn, Sommer, and Lorena have indicated that they have a conflict at this time.

I will wait to get responses from the remaining four people before we start discussing how we might get around the known conflicts. Update on Tuesday.

Some guidelines for filling this out:


  1.  Only select times that you can support every week.
  2.  Ignore the fact that this poll is set for the week of May 3. Assume that this is for a generic week that you are not TDY or on leave.
  3.  Use the “if need be” option to select times where you can likely move standing meetings.

Note that I haven’t included Tuesdays at 10am since so many of us will attend the ACCLIP bi-weekly all hands, which is one of those meeting that ESPO cannot move.
