All,
I just asked at the Division meeting if they will push IT to accept ARC865/ARC66 docs with wider travel windows so we don’t have to redo them every time our travel changes. It would mean we might put April 1-30 on the forms if the trip is expected to be April 7-14 so, if we move one way or the other, we don’t have to redo docs. I’m told Chris S. will follow up.

Subject: [CS] [All] Passport & Visas Processing at NASA Ames

Hello all,

FYI, the Passport and Visa processing at ARC is in the process of being transferred to the Travel Office (God help us). As of right not, please continue to send your request to Gabriel Lozano, he will forward it to them (the travel office is in training). DO not send any of these requests to the travel office yet, continue to do it through Gabe.

Gabe and Taylor Rayburn will continue to do Export Control.

Best regards,

Jhony
