All,
Here is the office layout I spoke about at the tag up today.  Remember that that “April” one is what we should be setting up now and the “2022” one will take effect when the Division folks move out.

Here is the summary of the telework discussion.  For those of you who missed the discussion, if you want me to go over it with you, just set up a time when you are back in the office.

April:  Each person into the office 1-2days in the month.
•  Each person go into the office 1-2 days in April to clean up office, make a list of supplies/equipment needed to work in office and >50% at home, move offices if needed, pull any documents to be added to new cabinets.
• MV is setting up common use cabinets.
(1) EVS (2) R&A (3) Reference (4) TBD
Computer supply cabinet will be Sam/Dan managed
Huddle drawers – office supplies (Logistics to update)
Huddle overhead cabinets – TBD
•  See “April at ARC” file in Google drive to sign up

May/Stage 1:  We all go in the office 4 days in the month.
•  All of ESPO in the office 2 days per pay period.
•  One day per week or 2 days every other week?
•  See “April at ARC” file to suggest/vote.

•  Days in the office (6hr or 8hr)
If 6, how do we max overlap?
• See “April at ARC” to suggest/vote
• How will you make up the 2 hours not in the office.  Set new office hours.

Once set, you should start moving your telecons to the days you are home and focus the time in the office for face to face work.

If we end up having to do more than 4 days a month, those days could be floating days/not set.
Pre-deployment heavier on site than other times
