Google Level of Confidence (LOC) Clarification

What’s Happening:

LOC 35 and above can utilize Google Workspace. (All Foreign Nationals without LPR/US Citizenship will be denied accounts. For more information on FNs, go to   NASA Procedural Requirements - Chapter 4. Foreign Nationals<https://nodis3.gsfc.nasa.gov/displayDir.cfm?Internal_ID=N_PR_1600_004A_&page_name=Chapter4>)

What to Expect:

  LOC 30 and below will be closed March 11th.

Action Recommend:

If you do not meet the requirements, it is recommended you save your documents or transfer ownership to another user. Web Services can bulk transfer for you by submitting an ESD ticket with the email address of the user you wish to have your files transferred to.



To find your LoC you can go to https://idmax.nasa.gov/nams/user and click on the highlighted Your. This will pop up your Security levels. For example,
