Hey all,

Following up on the RSA soft token discussion today. Here are the notes I jotted down from the meeting and further info that I gathered since…



  *   Dan sez that RSA soft tokens are a really good backup in case you lose your PIV card. RSA soft tokens can be used to log into NASA applications that require PIV login. Sometimes they are handier/more secure to use than a PIV card (e.g., at airports and other public places.)
  *   Getting an RSA soft token requires a NAMS request “Agency RSA SecurID Token” and downloading the SECURID app on your phone (the one with the cloud and checkmark).

You may have to call NASA Enterprise Service Desk at (877) 677-2123, option 2 to get everything working. I just did this and it was pretty painless.
