[All] [CS] ARC865 and ANF tracking

Hey everyone,

It has become very clear that many of us are having serious issues with the online ARC865 form. Sorry to those of you who wasted your time on it yesterday – I know that everyone is hard at work and could really use those hours back.

We are going to do this in a different way, so please defer any action on this until we come up with new guidance and instructions hopefully in the next few days.

If you have not submitted your ARC865 for your ACCLIP or CPEX-CV deployments, please prioritize this action and do so ASAP. There has been a lot of uncertainty on getting these forms approved by Center IT going forward, so it is very important to have time for us to figure out a Plan B if there are any issues.

Please follow these instructions carefully, especially the guidance on justification. Copy/paste the justification directly into your ARC865 in the “Purpose of Travel” section. Remember to use the entire mission deployment window – not your personal travel dates - for your departure and return dates so that your form will cover you in case your travel dates change.

Also remember that you will need to include all international locations (including layovers) on your ARC865.

If you are deploying to both missions, you could either submit two forms or just do one form that covers both trips. If you have a small gap at home between missions, it may make sense to just submit one form to cover all int’l locations/dates.
