Hi Susan

This is Lee Baker one of the NCAR pilots.  I noticed I do not show lodging on base at Osan and instead show the "Asia Hotel".  I presume this to be a mistake but can you please verify that I do in fact have a reservation at lodging?

Request #1:
Click this link<https://espo.nasa.gov/sites/default/files/pages/ACCLIP%20Travel%20Calendar%2024%20July%202022.xlsx> for the tracking sheet to double-check what you entered as your deployment dates in column G and confirm your arrival to Osan in column I and confirm the lodging date columns.  If changes are required, make them on the ESPO database AND email me so we can request a change.
·         The first date of your planned/confirmed deployment is your arrival date into Korea and your hotel check-in date, put comments in notes if you have a different situation and email me.
·         Your flight likely will leave the day before your deployment in Korea starts so if you put your departure date, you could lose your room at the Lodge if you do not show up for your reservation

In order to get an idea of when you are arriving to facilitate meeting you at the gate, please either upload your itinerary to the ESPO database or if it is in email already, you can forward it to me at mcfadden at baeri.org<mailto:mcfadden at baeri.org>.

Reminder:
Text Jhony on WhatsApp privately as you get closer to Osan AB and let him know of any flight delays that may have you arriving after midnight so he can let the front desk know not to cancel your reservations.
