You never cease to amaze me.  I’m very impressed with the enthusiastic responses so far.  I’ll attend the class on 7/27 and then register us on 7/28.  Do we want to be called the Deployables again?  Does someone have a another name they’d like to suggest?

For those who haven’t done this, the last few times there was a way to register other exercise as steps.  For example, you garden or ride a bike for an hour, you can convert it to the equivalent steps.  The point is there are lots of activities that can be converted to steps.  Also, you’d be amazed at how many steps you do just around the house so put your counter on as soon as you get up.  If you don’t have a fitbit or iwatch, your iphone has a standard health app (the logo is a heart) that counts your steps.

I’ll get more info at the orientation on the 7/27 and will let you know what they say.

Is anyone up for this?  I think we have enough challenges this summer without adding this but I’ll register us if you all want to.  OK, that doesn’t sound very enthusiastic.  Maybe because it is 5am on a Saturday and I’m sitting in front of a fan because it is over 80 degrees. ☺

I’m suppose to say “Here is a great opportunity and nurtures team spirit!” Who’s in!”

Let me know if you want to register a team.  I think we were called “The Deployables” last year.  I really am up for it if you all want to do it.
