All,
As briefly discussed on Tuesday’s meeting, we will continue with our plan to work in the office two days per pay period beginning the week of October 3. We previously came to the collective decision to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays on alternate weeks (i.e., Oct 4, Oct 5, Oct 18, Oct 19, etc.), and we will continue on with that plan until we re-assess in December for the new year.
Regarding the ESPO team meeting, we previously had a confusing but necessary plan to alternate the times of the meeting week to week. We did this when we were set to return to office in April due to standing project meetings that couldn’t be moved. This problem should be cleared up with ACCLIP and CPEX in the rear view mirror so starting October 4, we will plan to hold the ESPO meeting weekly on Tuesdays from 10am – 11:30am, so some folks can leave work as planned by noon. I will send out new calendar invite to block this time.
On a related note, remember to try as best as possible to plan to use Tuesdays and Wednesdays for ESPO internal meetings moving forward. Try to maximize the time we will spend in the office and clear up your other days for external meetings.
Thanks, Erin
