[All] Sommer's baby girl has arrived

All,
Sommer’s baby girl decided to make a very early entrance.  Mom and baby are fine but baby will probably be in the NICU for the next month.  As you might expect, Sommer is taking the rest of this week off.
Please send healing energy their way.  I offered our help in any way she can think of (walking the dogs, visiting her, shopping, anything).  I’ll reach out a little later in the day to see how they are.

Please let me know if there are any meeting/deliverables due impacted by Sommer being off this week and we will find someone else in ESPO who can help with.

I’m sure you will all be up for a care package but let’s give things a day or two to settle.
