[All] CPEX manpower and travel changes

All,
Good morning.  I’m sorry to say that Stevie has a medical issue with his back and will be unable to travel to Cabo Verde for CPEX.  It is important he focus on getting better but he feels he can coordinate any logistics issues from home with Quincy and Sommer to help remotely as well.  We do, however, need more help in Cabo Verde so we’ll need to change the travel schedule and ask a few of you to go on additional travel.  I know this has been an intense summer so I hate to ask any of you to make additional trips but Vidal, Quincy and I have a proposed schedule and I’ll be reaching out to those impacted.  We plan to hire local help for the heavy lifting but we will need to change a few trips and add others.  When I’ve worked with those impacted and finalized a revised schedule, I’ll share it will all of you.

Thank you all for your fantastic work this summer.  We just need to get through October and things will slow down (and I hope we’ll be hiring 3 more people).
