Something we figured out in setting up deployments for CPEX yesterday:
If you have existing deployments set up in the website that never happened, and are planning on rescheduling them, the best thing to do is to create brand new deployments with the new dates. Don't edit the dates of the existing ones and make them Active again.
With new deployments, the participants will get new email when you make them Active, either automatically or when you choose to send it if you don't have automatic updates enabled. The travel plans will be new as well, so the reports will better reflect what's happening now.
There's no way to remove the old deployments but it's fine to just leave them there as long as they're not Active.
