[All] [CS] [BAERI] WebEx Accounts

S-MODE/ATom uses ESPO.FIVE. Pretty frequent use for S-MODE. ATom probably done using it. I use Teams for NASA-only meetings, which are fewer than those with JPL and universities.

DCOTSS and ORACLES were the same account. There are no ORACLES meetings to consider now. DCOTSS is largely using Teams and Slack, so espo.four is underused.

Dan should confirm.

Is there a problem? Let me know if you want us to get a report of usage for the past month.

We have 6 accounts and each account has Meetings, Events and Training so 18 possible concurrent meetings. Granted Events and Training are not as interactive with participants seeing everyone else.
There are also Personal rooms for quick impromptu meetings for another 6 meetings. Plus we have Microsoft Teams. That seems like a lot of possibilities.

I look to see what is scheduled and if there isn’t anything when I need it, I will book something either to test something or for an actual meeting. I put my email as the only attendees so someone can easily see I booked it. Lately Judy and I have been using ESPO Three a lot. Sometimes I ask Jhony if I can use ESPO.ONE to book something for CAMP2Ex so I don’t conflict with anything he might have coming up, particularly if it is a recurring meeting I’m setting up.

I’m happy to show you my process and maybe we can refine it/document it/share it. Or get a new account if needed.

Susan

Hi Team,

It’s time for the annual shuffle of WebEx accounts. What ones are everyone using currently? Trying to gauge if we need to invest in another one.

ESPO.TWO – IMPACTS
ESPO.ONE – ACCLIP (was also using it for SaSa and CPEX-AW but will need to transition to another one)
DCOTTS - DCOTTS 😊

ATOM?
ORACLES?
ESPO?

Let me know those three accounts are heavily used or if we can jump over to them.

Thanks!
Katie
